it takes 45 minutes to setup and make sure the sound quality is second to none before guests arrive and have the music playing.
Q: Will my dj be smartly dressed ?
A: Yes our dj's will always be of clean appearance, wearing a shirt and dressed suitably for the occassion whether its a Birthday, Corporate or Wedding or any other event.
Q: What music will the dj play ?
A: 2 weeks before booking we will have issued a request sheet so you can choose the sort of music you want played, if their is no preference of music our dj will work with the crowd to get them dancing the night away.
Q: When should the dj be paid ?
A: We request that the dj is paid upon arrival as that way there isnt any chasing round for the dj to get his money and you get to relax for the rest of the night.
Q: Will the dj continue to play after the end time ?
A: Our dj will be happy to continue over the scheduled time if requested to but price is negogiable with the dj on the night. 9 times out of 10 we continue playing for an extra 10-15 minutes.
Q: Will the dj be polite ?
A: It is strict policy that our dj be polite to all your guests and at no point will the dj swear over the microphone.
Q: We are having a buffet what will the dj do whilst the buffet is on ?
A: The dj will play background music during the buffet and allow suffecient time for you and your guests to eat and chat comfortably and after the buffet its party, Party, Party......
Q: If i am not happy with the level of service i have recieved what can i do ?
A: This is a rare occassion, but should this happen please contact us immediately so that the issue can be resolved. We have been established for 10 years and take matters like these very seriously as we pride ourselves on a good reputation.
Q: Could i make multiple bookings and recieve a discount ?
A:Please inform us when booking and a discount will be applied there and then, (please provide details of the gig and also the person the gig was for). Please see special offers.
Q: What partys do you cover ?
A: We cover all partys in all areas we have over 29 djs that cater for all tastes and partys, aslong as travelling expenses are covered our djs are willing to travel anytime, anyplace, anywhere so you have a good night.
Q: Can we leave you feedback about the level of service we have recieved ?
A: We welcome feedback, good or bad. If you have had a good event please let us know, this way we know we are doing our job correctly. Also we get a buzz knowing you had a good night.
