You managed to create maximum surprise effect by organising the guests around the entrance ready to spring upon the unsuspecting birthday girl. getting everyone to shout suprise and sing happy birthday was brilliant. Having a playlist was a good idea as it gave everyone an opportunity to hear their favourite song. Everyone danced and enjoyed themselves tremsndously.
